Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is beneficial to health and wellness in many ways.
Massage relieves stress, relaxes the muscles and encourages whole body relaxation by releasing endorphins (natural pain releivers) into the blood stream. Treatment with massage therapy lowers blood pressure, improves circulation and posture, improves range of motion through passive stretching as well as flexibility and improves the immune system.
